Triller Fight Club: Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren 4/17/21 Piracy Settlement


On April 23, 2021 Triller Fight Club filed suit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California against certain parties who participated in the unlawful sale, distribution, and/or viewing of the April 17, 2021 pay per view event known as Triller Fight Club: Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren. Under U.S.Copyright Law, each of those parties may be liable for up to $150,000 in fines, penalties and damages for each occurrence of their unlawful acts. For a limited time ending June 01, 2021, those individuals who unlawfully viewed or displayed the event but were not otherwise involved in its illegal sale or distribution are eligible to receive a one-time settlement and release for their unlawful acts, subject to providing the information requested below and making payment in full of US$49.99 via this portal.

By providing the payment and information requested above you are entering into this settlement and release, which will be binding upon you and enforceable against you under applicable law. You may or may not yet be identified as a defendant in the suit to which this settlement and release pertains. You are advised to retain your own counsel prior to entering into this settlement and release. You agree that your entry into this site and provision of any information requested herein is being done voluntarily and entirely in your discretion.

Neither we nor any of of our affiliates shall be prohibited or otherwise restricted in any manner from bringing any other claim, suit, action, or cause of action against you or your affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns pertaining to any other matter not expressly stated in this settlement and release, and neither we nor any of our affiliates are waiving any other claims or defenses that may be available to us under applicable law, all of which express remain reserved.

Except for any terms and conditions pertaining to this settlement that have been made public by us, you agree that the terms of this settlement and release shall remain confidential and shall not be revealed to anyone other than (i) as required by a court of competent jurisdiction or legislative body; (ii) as reasonably necessary to enforce the terms of this settlement; and (iii) as may otherwise be required by law.
