Description

Frontline Battle with Tyson and Jones Jr.: Episode 12 is an intimate look behind the scenes with boxing champions Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. Watch the intense physical and mental preparation they undergo in preparation for their highly anticipated battle on Saturday, November 28th.

Here are the highlights of Episode 12:

Natlyn Jones (Roy's wife): Boxing is physical but it's also a mental chess game.
Roy Jones Jr.: Training my fights is very good for me because they make me wake my mind back up. Even training my wife, she's getting really good.
Natlyn Jones (Roy's wife): Being around all the fighters and working with Roy is cool.
Roy Jones Jr.: She's a very strong person.
Natlyn Jones (Roy's wife): He knows how to push me
RJ (Roy's Son): My mom is really competitive, her and my dad are the perfect match, because of our competitive spirit. My mom is the strongest person in the household I believe. Mentally for sure. She is a really strong woman.
Natlyn Jones (Roy's wife): I think I shocked him at first because he thought maybe I couldn't do it but then when he started to show me stuff and I caught on he was like "Oh WOW". I felt pretty badass.

Tom Yankello(Roy's Trainer): The peek-a-boo style is a real high energy style. It consists of a lot of head movement. It consists of a lot of footwork as well. It's a windshield wiper head movement with a letter "U" movement, which is weaving. I have really followed Mike Tyson for years. I have enjoyed Mike Tyson. I have really tried to study the peek-a-boo style and I know Roy, so the day it got announced I reached out to him and said to him I know Mike Tyson, I know you, I know the dimensions you have and I know what you can do to nullify his strengths and to capitalize on his weaknesses. Some of the tools we are going to use.. I'm going to keep hush hush, I really.. I know it's going to put a monkey wrench in anything that they're going to try to do. It's really going to give him a lot of trouble and I said we not giving out too much.
Roy Jones Jr.: I know he likes training me because I can do stuff that he has in his mind, other fighters can't do, ain't nobody throwing combinations that fast and all of them count. Anyone of them can drop you. Anyone of them can take your tooth out, theirs don't be counting, because it looks good.. synchronized hand, it looks wonderful.

Natlyn Jones (Roy's wife): I do worry about Roy getting hurt. I always have worried about that. You are anxious, nervous. It only takes one punch and sometimes with boxing one shot changes everything. You would be crazy not to worry about that.

Tom Yankello(Roy's Trainer): Mike has the punching power. I meant he's going to bring the pressure. What other way does he fight? He's not going to try to outbox Roy.
Roy has to be a metador but in this fight.. like I said a matador has a cape. Roy has dynamite in his hands everybody talks about Mike's knockout power. Roy has more knockouts than Mike Tyson. Mike is not coming and putting pressure on a guy that can't hurt him as well. Roy's got multi-dimensions that can be able to deal with Mike.
